After our free consultation, if we determine all you need is a logo, I will be glad to help with just a logo.

Honestly though, that has almost never happened. A logo is only one part of a visual brand identity which instills trust in your audience. That's what I specialize in, and that's what I want for your business.

I can take many forms of payment. Zelle or Venmo is preferred, but credit cards and checks are also possible. Is there a method you would prefer to use? Let's chat about it.

Yes! Most of my projects can be split into 3 payments. One down payment to start the process, one at a pre-designated point, and a final payment just before the hand over of the completed project. I can also work out a custom plan for you if needed.

I use Webflow to build the sites for my clients.

Why do I use Webflow?

• Completely custom - No need for templates or the restrictions templates have. Be as unique as your business.
• Easy for you to edit/add content once the site goes live.
• Faster to load - No clunky plugins.
• More secure.
• More reliable.

There are some limitations I must admit, but for the vast majority, Webflow is a great solution. If you have any concerns, please let me know and we can address them!

There are a few options for hosting on Webflow, depending on the needs of your site.

• Simpler websites start at about $15.00 a month, billed annually.
• A site with blog, for example, can start at about $18.00 a month, billed annually.
• E-commerce websites can start at about $32.00 a month, billed annually.

There are no plugins or templates with hidden costs that often occur on other hosting platforms. In my experience, hosting on Webflow is very competitively priced.

In addition to my rate and the Webflow hosting costs, you are responsible for securing your custom domain for your website. If you have questions about this, please, let me know.

I will talk with you about individual project needs you might have such as product photography, photography licensing, custom illustrations, etc., but that is on a case by case basis and will be discussed.

My project turn around time is 3-6 weeks. If you need a rush option, please let me know.

You have a very important role in the process too!

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Attending several meetings with me. You will provide information about your business, explaining your needs and criteria for the project.
• Answering any questions I have to better understand the project.
• Providing any files and/or documentation needed to complete project.
• Giving timely feedback and responses to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
• Making payments as scheduled to also ensure the project is completed on schedule.
• And finally, ENJOYING THE PROCESS! It's really fun and exciting to see all the pieces come together for a completed project!

A deliverable is something you receive from the process.

Of course, this is completely custom to your needs. Just because I can, I won't give you letterhead stationary if you don't need it!

However, most projects will contain the following things:

A Brand Style Guide, which outlines how to use your new Visual Brand Identity.

• Research into your company and its competitors.
• Discovery into your audience and their specific needs and concerns.
• Responsive logo, sent in a digital file package containing all the files and iterations you could need.
• Brand color scheme
• Brand typography selection (this can include a custom font)
• Icons/graphic element development
• Website copy (I also work well with others if you have a copywriter)
• A responsive website (works on all devices) that has great attention to the UX/UI with basic SEO to help reach your audience and grow your reach.
• A sense of pride in what we've accomplished for your business!

Examples of other things that can be included:

• Packaging design
• Animations
• Custom illustrations/graphic elements
• Print items (Business cards, postcards, brochures, posters, merchandise, etc)
• Social media templates and accessories to create on-brand content!

Once final payment is received, it's all yours!

One of my favorite things about Webflow is how easy and intuitive it will be for you to maintain your own website once it goes live. I will walk you though everything you need to know to keep tabs on your site, add/swap content, change a word, etc. I will ensure you feel comfortable and are not left high and dry!

If you don't have an interest in maintaining it yourself, I can also be on a monthly retainer to make any changes/additions that need to be made and keep an eye out for things that pop up.

Absolutely! As we work together and you approve concepts and designs and receive updates, you will know what is happening. You can also watch a staged version of the site being built before it goes live! If you have any concerns, let me know.
